Potash
Our team can execute on major consulting projects of many types. Our experience in potash mining economics and operations is second to none. Our team has acted as CFO, Controllers, accountants for more potash organizations than any other service firm. Randle Green has developed or assisted on the economic models for All Mosaic Mines, Vale Kronau Project, Gensource Potash, Western Potash, Buffalo Potash, K+S Potash, and the Trump Group (Haifa). Randle Green has also provided worldwide benchmarking studies on Potash Producers utilizing multiple sources for reference including CRU and Argus.
Also, Chantal Hartle has been the assistant controller at the Mosaic Belle Plaine Potash mine, worked as an analyst in financial planning and analysis, and was the financial reporting supervisor at the Mosaic Company.
First Nations
Since 2018 Green Finance has worked significantly with First Nations. Randle is the Chief Financial Officer for George Gordon developments and Green Finance has team members working for the government. Also, Green Finance has written major specific claims on behalf of First Nations, in partnership with Prairie Hunter (Steve Halabura).
First Nations Renewable Energy
Randle Green currently resides on the Board of Directors of Management Committee of Pesakestew Solar, Seven Stars Energy (Enbridge Wind) and Wicehtowak Solar. These are all indigenous owned renewable energy project in which Randle has been heavily involved in the feasibility through to financing and build stages.
Not For Profits
Fractional CFO and Controlling services are particularly attractive to not for profits (NPO). With budget constraints as a barrier, NPO’s can benefit from buying a fraction of a very experienced leader to achieve accounting and finance leadership skillsets. Green Finance can tailor a time commitment to a client based on need. Often an NPO can match the service from a full time person with a fraction of the time offered from one of our experts. Although the cost will be more on a per hour basis, it will lead to savings annually.
